Frequently, we're asked if the XSite and XSellerate are the best solutions to marketing, lead capture, and interaction with clients. In fact, we're asked so often, we decided to devote a page to this question.

  • First, let it be known that we don't receive a dime from alamode for anything, including our thoughts about their products. At the same time, Daniel used to work for alamode in a variety of positions in the technical and sales departments, and specialized in helping alamode clients develop a marketing plan, so our perspective comes from a lot of experience, product and service comparisons, and analysis of the marketplace.
  • Second, the first clue to how we feel should be the reminder at the bottom of every one of our pages that This is an XSite.

Quite frankly, if you're a real estate professional, there's nothing that even comes close to the benefits and value of the XSite and XSellerate. By comparison, the other competitor products are at the shallow end of the pool. When you consider the way XSite:

  • Uses lead capture to feed your contact database, and makes those contacts available to XSellerate for automated marketing...
  • Automates listings, if you're an agent. Automates the application, if you're a mortgage broker or appraiser.
  • Lets you edit your own pages with *no technical knowledge*, once your site is built.
  • Offers both the professionalism of its template library and the ability to easily customize colors, images, fonts, logo, etc.
  • Integrates and automates essential components built-in to the XSite on both the front and back end.

What else is there, really, that comes close? There are other products but, for real estate web sites, those products don't measure up. If you're a doctor or lawyer, there are other options. Even then, there are strong points to recommend an XSite. We've done them for everything from charity to cosmetology. But if you're in real estate, you owe it to yourself to go with the right tool.
